The AccuSharp 2-Step Carbide-Ceramic Knife Sharpener features pre-angled diamond-honed tungsten carbide blades and fine ceramic rods that will maintain an accurate edge. Just three or four strokes through the coarse slot restores the edge then three or four strokes through the fine rods finishes and polishes the fine edge for a smooth sharp finish.
