Designed as a more affordable, “plain Jane” alternative to the Model 250, it is a fun, highly practical plinker featuring a 20.5-inch barrel and alloy receiver.Key Specifications Caliber: .22 S, L, and LR (Short, Long, and Long Rifle)Action: Lever-action Capacity: Tubular magazine (exact capacity varies by shell length)Barrel Length: 20.5 inches Weight: Approx. 5 lbs Sights: Lyman Adjustable rear sight, fixed front sight
The Model 150 is essentially a budget-friendly variation of the Winchester Model 250. Rather than rich, dark walnut, it features a walnut-finished hardwood straight-grip stock and forearm, along with checkered wood and an alloy receiver. It holds the distinction of being an excellent starter and youth rifle, utilizing a straight-pull lever mechanism that is very smooth to operate. A total of 47,400 units were produced during its 7-year run.
