Shipping, returns, and firearm compliance — the important details, in plain language.
Firearms ship only to a valid FFL dealer of your choice. Accessories, optics, and ammunition ship directly to you where legal. Most in-stock orders leave within 1–2 business days. Optics ship free.
All firearm purchases are completed through a licensed FFL. If you don't have a local dealer, ship to GunHippo in Kingston, PA for a flat $30 transfer. You must be 21+ to purchase a handgun and 18+ for long guns, and pass a background check at pickup.
Unfired, unused accessories and optics may be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Firearms cannot be returned once transferred; defects are handled through the manufacturer's warranty. Ammunition sales are final.
All sales comply with federal, state, and local law. GunHippo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any sale that cannot be completed lawfully. Nothing on this site is legal advice — check your local regulations before ordering.
