Hanover Mini Hawk Football Raffle fundraiser. Winners can take the item won or substitute another item of equal or lesser value. Winners are responsible for paying the back ground check and sales tax. No cash substitute. For handguns, if the winner is NOT a Pennsylvania resident the firearms MUST be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state. Most long guns can be picked up. However some states have long gun restrictions as well. Check with an FFL dealer in your state for specifics. Must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a hand gun.
