The TP9 SF is the simplified striker-fired variant of Canik’s TP9 series, built for duty-style use. It omits a manual safety and decocker for a clean operating setup while retaining practical controls, including a push-button magazine release and a striker status indicator.
The slide is finished in matte black and cut with rear serrations for confident manipulation. An external extractor supports reliable cycling, and the dustcover integrates a 4-slot MIL-STD-1913 rail for lights or lasers. The frame is polymer with a textured grip that offers consistent purchase.
Sight alignment is straightforward with a 3-dot system: a white-dot front post and a drift-adjustable, white-dot rear secured by a set screw. This sight picture pairs well with the full-size dimensions for steady tracking and practical accuracy.
Factory specifications list an overall length of 7.55 in, a height of 5.70 in, a width of 1.30 in, and a weight of 1.78 lb. Century Arms import markings read “CENTURY ARMS INC GEORGIA, VT, MADE IN TURKEY,” aligning with the pistol’s Turkish origin.
